Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at shystore20@gmail.com within that time and we'll send you the return address. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of contacting us. Return postage is paid by you.
Once we receive it, we'll refund the item price, and standard delivery if you paid for it, within 14 days. We may reduce the refund if the item has been used beyond what's needed to check it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Email us at shystore20@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to send it back.
Please don't post anything back without emailing us first. Parcels sent to the address on the packaging can't be processed.
